Heidi Strangberg
Heidi is the Owner/President of Dynamic Training Resources, LLC. Heidi founded DTR in 2005.
Heidi has degrees in Business Administration and Marketing. She is certified in instruction design, adult learning and is a certified Lectora author.
Heidi is one of the leading Lectora developers. She serves as an advisor on the Lectora Advisory Board.
Kristine Lerch
Kris is a Lectora Developer and Quality Assurance Beta Reviewer at DTR. She also creates video animations and is very talented at creating new characters!
Kris has a B.A. in Psychology.
Melinda Thomas
Melinda is our go-to person for creative content writing. She is a marketing and communications expert.
We call her Sparkles because she loves to design fun learning activities to keep learners engaged.
Quinn Haslinger
Quinn is our Program Manager, keeping projects organized, on track, and aligned with business goals. She leads learning initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring every detail supports a smooth and successful delivery.
Quinn has a BA in Technical Communication and 15+ years in the field of L&D and double that in actual fields as a life-long farmer. She brings hands-on hustle, practical smarts, and a deep love of process to every project.
Danny Wood
Danny is an eLearning developer who specializes in rapid authoring software, including Lectora, Articulate Storyline, and Rise. He also works in graphic design, as well as video and audio editing.
Danny holds a B.S. in Mass Communications and has 15 years of experience in the eLearning industry.
Mark Justice
Mark is our Junior eLearning Developer. Mark has an MA in Popular Culture, BFA in Creative Writing, and Graduate Certificates in Technical Writing and Marketing Strategies.
Mark does Quality Assurance and Functionality testing, creates videos using Camtasia, WellSaid, and Vyond, and is learning the entire eLearning course construction process.
Jaclyn Ankenbrandt
Jaclyn is our Instructional Designer. Her job is to take complex information and turn it into a learning experience that is clear, engaging, and meaningful. From interactive activities to creative layouts, she designs with the learner in mind…because training should never be boring.
Jaclyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Technology and has over 10 years of experience in Instructional Design, Consulting, and Project Management.
Shawn Camp
Shawn got his start drawing caricatures at a theme park, exaggerating noses and oversized grins for tourists. Now he’s spent over two decades building his career in illustration, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. He joins DTR ready to bring bold ideas and a whole lot of personality to every project.
Haley Ebinal
Haley is our Program Coordinator for DTR’s Comic Book Camp program. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, and has several years of experience in creative writing and project management. She is an advocate for accessibility in education and creative spaces, and is passionate about helping teachers make literacy fun.
