Heidi Strangberg
Heidi is the Owner/President of Dynamic Training Resources, LLC. Heidi founded DTR in 2005.
Heidi has degrees in Business Administration and Marketing. She is certified in instruction design, adult learning and is a certified Lectora author.
Heidi is one of the leading Lectora developers. She serves as an advisor on the Lectora Advisory Board.

Kristine Lerch
Kris is a Lectora Developer and Quality Assurance Beta Reviewer at DTR. She also creates video animations and is very talented at creating new characters!
Kris has a B.A. in Psychology.

Melinda Thomas
Melinda is our go-to person for creative content writing. She is a marketing and communications expert.
We call her Sparkles because she loves to design fun learning activities to keep learners engaged.

Deb Sherette
Deb is our Project Administrator, assists the team with QA, BETA review, meeting the needs of the team to keep projects moving forward and delivered on time! Process is a passion of Deb’s.
Deb has a BS in Nursing and a BA is Sociology along with wisdom gained from life experiences.

Danny Wood
Danny is an eLearning developer and specializes in rapid authoring software including Lectora, Articulate Storyline & Rise. He does graphic art and design, as well as video and audio editing.
Danny has a B.S. in Mass Communications.

Mark Justice
Mark is our Junior eLearning Developer. Mark has an MA in Popular Culture, BFA in Creative Writing, and Graduate Certificates in Technical Writing and Marketing Strategies.
Mark does Quality Assurance and Functionality testing, creates videos using Camtasia, WellSaid, and Vyond, and is learning the entire eLearning course construction process.

Danielle Goldsmith
Danielle has several years of experience in instructional design and development and employee training. She has designed and developed learning programs for a variety of organizations from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies.
She has a bachelor’s degree in communications and a graduate certificate in instructional design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
